from inside the Saw Mill

Responsible sourcing

We are committed to responsible wood sourcing by working with approved suppliers and ensuring compliance with forestry regulations. Our sourcing practices focus on sustainability, traceability, and ethical harvesting to protect natural resources. By choosing responsibly sourced wood, we support environmental balance while delivering reliable, high-quality timber to our customers.

As part of our operations, we are wide range hardwood supplier in India, for imported wood species from Africa, Canada, Germany and New Zealand. Those are Teak, Mahogany, Padauk, Okan, Tali, Wenge, Ayous, and Movingui, valued for their strength, durability, and aesthetic appeal in construction and interior applications. And Radiata Pine and Douglas Fir, known for their consistent quality, sustainability, are suitable wood supply for structural, paneling, and packaging uses.

Cutting, Sizing & Resawing

At the heart of our saw mill operations is a well-planned cutting process. Selected logs are expertly processed through primary cutting to convert them into rough blocks and planks using heavy-duty band saws and circular saw machines. The material then passes through resaw machines, horizontal and vertical band saws, and multi-rip saws to achieve precise thicknesses, widths, and lengths as per specific requirements. Edging and trimming machines ensure clean, straight edges and uniform dimensions.

This integrated process, supported by modern machinery and skilled workmanship, ensures optimal material utilization, consistent sizing, reduced waste, and a strong foundation for producing high-quality finished wood.

Seasoning, Planing & Finishing

After cutting, timber is carefully seasoned to reduce moisture content and enhance its strength, dimensional stability, and long-term durability. Proper seasoning is essential to prevent common defects such as warping, cracking, twisting, and shrinkage, ensuring the wood performs reliably in varying climatic conditions.

In addition, timber may undergo protective treatment to improve resistance against moisture, fungi, termites, and other insects, significantly extending its service life. Once seasoned and treated, the wood is precisely planed and finished to achieve smooth surfaces, uniform thickness, and a refined appearance as performance and appearance are equally important.

Profiling & T&G Machining

We are processing seasoned and planed timber through advanced precision profiling to create consistent shapes, clean edges, and decorative finishes in line with specific design and project requirements. Using modern profiling and moulding machines, the wood is shaped with high accuracy to ensure uniformity and superior finish.

Tongue & Groove (T&G) machining is carried out to achieve a tight, secure interlocking fit between boards, allowing for easy installation, better alignment, and long-lasting stability. This controlled processing results in a seamless final appearance while reducing gaps and movement over time. The entire process is making the wood ideal for flooring, wall paneling, ceilings, cladding, and customized interior applications.
